The SNAFU Catchers Consortium met in Brooklyn this week for a fascinating 2 day (plus a bonus halfer thanks to Blizzard Stella rescheduling flights) meeting on coping with complexity in digital network systems.
Stay tuned for the full debrief report and what comes next!
Reading about the Brooklyn meetup while clicking through https://casinonon-aams.com, I kept thinking about how unexpected redirects mirror the kind of scheduling chaos Stella caused. That point about resilience really sticks—it’s not about avoiding surprises, but building enough slack into the system to absorb them. Curious to see what the full debrief says about that.
