Over on https://hurtigkasino.com I found your post, and the idea that being at the center of a crisis requires more procedural calm than heroic improvisation really resonated with me. In my own incident-response work, I’ve seen how a clear-headed operator who stays close to the action often prevents the whole thing from spiraling. It makes me wonder if we train enough for that specific kind of focus.
