Laura's talk - Operating At The Edge Of The Envelope
https://uusikasinos.net caught my eye recently, but what really stuck with me here is John framing resilience as something you find rather than install—that shift from prevention to absorbing shocks feels overdue in how most teams plan. Laura's edge-of-the-envelope angle pairs well with it, since operating near limits is where you actually learn what holds. Having sat through plenty of conferences where resilience was just a buzzword, it's refreshing to see it treated as an engineering discipline with real research behind it.
