Hearing Allspaw walk through it conversationally beats reading a dry summary, and it made me think about how much institutional knowledge gets lost when these discussions stay locked in audio nobody revisits.

Alan's get up to speed path sounds genuinely useful for anyone who has tried to read the Stella report cold and gotten lost in the density of it. I've been through enough postmortems to know that the language we use shapes what we're able to see in the first place.
